What are your processing times?
All orders are shipped within 1 - 5 days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you can't find your tracking number, please make sure to check the spam folders as our emails can sometimes end up there.
Do I need to create a PayPal account to order?
You do not need to make an account when paying, simply click on "check out as guest" or "pay with a bank account or credit card." Please note that PayPal payments will show up as sent to "Shop LaLisa." This is our sister brand. Feel free to check it out at shoplalisa.com
Will you restock / make more of a product I saw?
Yes, it is possible to make some of our old designs again! Products which are re-made will never truly be identical as they are hand-built and individually painted, but upon request, a custom listing can be made for you to order.
What are the shipping times?
Domestic Shipping (Europe): After your order has been shipped, please allow 1 to 12 working days for delivery.
International Shipping: For orders outside of Europe, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.
US shipping: For orders to the United States, please allow 4 – 12 working days for delivery.
Please note that orders outside of Europe may be charged customs/duties by your local government as import duty/tax. Customers are responsible for any of these fees. Houses of Tiny is not liable for any additional customs fees. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during the journey of your package!
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
We do our best to make sure that every order is perfect for you, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any issues regarding your order, please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.
Returns/refund policy
All of our products are lovingly handmade, each carrying its own unique traits. These natural characteristics are part of the charm of handmade items and should not be seen as flaws, unless specifically noted.
We generally do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds, but we understand that some exceptional situations may arise. In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number for more information or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
